Crane busting
The sandhill crane finally came in with the past few northerns pretty thick. Gathered the Benelli M2 and a few Black Cloud shells and off we went. Busted two young crane pretty quick. I never got the calls or deeks out. Just hid in some weeds and shot fly bys. The cloud cover and snow may have kept them low.

rotflmo you sure got me there

I just have only heard of these being endangered. I neither realized that they were being hunted, nor were good to eat. I bet they look mighty nice locked and coming in. thumb

Ribeye in the Sky....great eating birds.

The sandhill sub-species found in Florida is protected (they do not migrate).
