Common sight here
Here's a common sight in my little town in western Nebraska:

Often these turkeys have larger flocks but to see thirty a day in town is not at all uncommon.

We are allowed to shoot seven a year and even at that there's not many hunters.

It's a special treat to see them....tasty too! Big Grin

7 birds?!?! Wow! I'm thinking they're gonna raise NH to 2 one of these years. Lots of poults around here as well......and they say it's been a great hatch this spring since May was warm and dry.
