Some Partridge pics from a two day walked up hunt we did in Portugal. I really like this European partridge hunting over pointers, as the terrain is so perfectly suited to working the birds in this way. The small rises in front usually make for a short window of opportunity for a safe shot so it can be very exciting. I think the bag was about 45 birds over two days which was a nice bit of hunting.

Beautifull ,another country in my list i will go to Portugal ,hunt partriges taste their wine and visit our famous friend Steve Robinson ,hes retired from Africa and permanently living in Portugal .

Kebco, shooting over pointers is a blast. We shoot over GSP's in Africa and in Spain/Portugal they really like the Brittany spaniels.

Some of the best days hunting I've had were over pointing or setting dogs
