The Greywing Partridge of South Africa
Hi All

The topic "partridges of Argentina" prompted me to post some photos of the Rolls Royce of partridges in South Africa, the Greywing (Scleroptila africanus). They sit tight for pointing dogs, flush at the rate of knotts and they taste divine!

Greywing hunting takes place in pristene environments with breathtaking views, excessable only to 4x4 vehicles.
