edholumThanks for the nice comments. From my experience, if I had a choice to hunt the last day of the season or opening weekend, I would always hunt the late season. Usually the snow makes them sit a little tighter, but alas they were particularly smart this year and we picked off the stragglers.
I was using my new Canon T4i DSLR for the photos and very happy with it so far, still learning how to use it properly though.
