MOA considered
Looking at MOA pistol. Thoughts over encore as I'm trying to justify price differences. Considering 308 Win and inquiring if MOA can be done in 375 Ruger. (Have rifles in both so would not need new brass, bullets or dies this keeping costs down and dual use)

Hunteratheart, I have both MOA and Encore in .308 Win. I like both platforms. The MOA is very accurate but you will need to get accustomed to loading/unloading this falling block design. The MOA is also a super strong action -- do not know if the 375 Ruger can be chambered but a lot of magnum calibers have been. I have brakes on both of mine and recoil is a non-issue. Good luck with your choice.

What barrel length on your 308? Considering 10" but unsure. Scope suggestions also welcome.

15 inches. I wouldn't go the .308 Win. route in a 10 inch barrel. 15 is just right and the 308 performs well in this length.

Sorry I forgot to mention scopes. Leupold 2.5-8X or Burris 3-12X.

MOA's can be chambered in nearly anything. Last report from a friend at the Cold Turkey shoot. One fella there was shooting a MOA in 338 Lapua. The 375 Ruger shouldn't be a problem, only if the now owners of MOA don't carry the reamer.

There are a slug of them on Gunbroker right now for good prices. Some of them have 2 or 3 barrels.
