Re: H&R Huntsman muzzleloader
I've got one, and while it won't outshoot my Encore, it comes pretty close! The main thing I don't like about it is the flimsy telescoping ramrod. It's not a problem with Powerbelts, but get a tight-fitting sabot in a dirty bore and you'll get some "pucker" going. The cheapo plastic sights aren't very sturdy but I scoped mine. All in all a very decent gun for the money.

I have had one for 2 seasons, and have killed 2 deer with it. They are right about the ramrod and sights[I took em off and mounted a scope]. But the value for the money is great! I am shooting 295 gr. powerbelts thru it backed by 90 gr. of 777. Just saw a new one at the local gun shop for $149.50. BTW, its the easiest ML to clean, that I have ever had.
