nordrsetaI use .600 diameter balls in my .62 caliber smoothbore. I buy them from Track of the Wolf
http://www.trackofthewolf.com/ They sell a .610 ball for those of us who use paper catridges. The next size up in their lineup is .648 but perhaps they can steer your toward a source.

WalterNOW You're talking! Muzzleloading with .62 caliber round ball. . . . There is a guy in England who will cut any size mold you want (to the nearest 0.001") for $30 US. He advertises in Muzzle Blasts (National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association Magazine). E-mail: jeff@jt-bullet-moulds.co.uk . . . . I think if you want an exact size you will have to cast yourself. Dixie Gun Works, Union City, Tennessee, USA has a lot of sizes, but I prefer my own cast balls for these big balls. Find some used lead pipe and cast away.
