I'm planning a South African (Limpopo area) plains game cull hunt in 2010. After reading various posts in this forum I'll need to purchase blackpowder & musket caps in South Africa.

My primary plan is to request my PH to purchase these items for me long before I arrive. Are RWS musket caps & Swiss blackpowder available in South Africa (Limpopo area)?

Your ph can buy what you need right there in jo-burg. Have a good hunt. we did a mzldr hunt there in 07, it was great. Bring enough bullets though, cause youll have hell getting those!
