Thanks Marko, I thought you might like those. I've been hunting hard since Oct. 1 (bow) and had nothing but hard luck stories. Things picked up for the muzzleloading season. We are limited to two bucks and two does here, so I've only have one doe to go and it is still two weeks till rifle season.

I'll either save that doe for my .41 mag. or maybe try to take another with the flintlock down the line.

After that its after the ducks and waiting for the deer season to end so we can chase hogs again. It's sure going to be a long deer season.

Yeah, I need to shoot one with the .41 mag. it hasn't gotten a lot of attention lately. The flintlock is interesting though, I confess I flinched a bit on the doe and hit it in the neck, was aming for the shoulder at 60 yds. Sometimes things just work for you. Smiler



Oh, the deer on the left was killed by my son-in-law's uncle on the same hunt I killed the one on the right.
