What do you mean "take less"? You think a millionaire uses less governmental assets than a single mom working at McDonald's? We maintain runways (and associated infrastructure) for the millionaire's jets, waterways (and associated infrastructure) for his yachts, and on and on. Air traffic controllers rarely chat with the McDonald's lady while they are working and she very rarely locks through a dam while cruising her yacht.

If people are equal in America. Taxation should also be equal. Nothing more equal than an across the board flat-tax.

The tax code is certainly a government asset that the rich use to their advantage.
