Yes, I agree w James Carville’s assessment of him. Overall, he is as identified by Carville, “A contemptible little twerp.”
His design to primary setting Dems during the med terms when the Dems are down 5 seats is beyond stupid. It is political suicide.
The fact he is a Dem Party Chair to advocate such idiocy is not a good thing.

excellent post, I agree 100%, This movement by the Democrats is really no different than MAGA. on the right.
MAGA endorsed un-electable candidate here in AZ (Kari Lake). She won primaries but got slaughtered in the general for both Senator and Governor. Now we have Mark Kelly and Katie Hobbs. (Hobbs is under investigation).
Saikat and Hogg may sound good to the hard left, primary voter, but in a general , the rank and file Democrat will reject their radicalism.
I think Trump learned his lesson in Arizona. He has endorsed KTR Karen Taylor Robson and she will win 65% of the vote for Governor, in 2026.
And Carville makes me smile listening to him. He's a Democrat but an old school Democrat who gets it.
