Magine EnigamMy takeaway from the explainer video is that voter fraud focuses on the individual and the voter interference is machinations on the scale of a whole political party's power to do so.
IOW, the GOPers claim of massive voter fraud is a farce, a smoke screen, a cover for the fomenting of real interference.
