1 in 4 Trump Voters Disappointed or Regret Voting For Him: 'I'm Scared'
Story by Martha McHardy

One in four Donald Trump voters regret voting for him or are disappointed by his early performance back as president, a new poll suggests.

Navigator Research's poll, conducted April 24 to 28 among 1,000 registered voters, found about 1 in 9 (11 percent) of respondents who voted for Trump in 2024 regretted having done so, another 16 percent do not regret voting for him but were disappointed.

Among those who identify as moderates, 47 said they regret voting for Trump or are disappointed by his early performance, while 43 percent of Trump voters who do not identify as MAGA said the same.

But the vast majority (73 percent) of Trump voters neither regret their vote, nor feel disappointed by his first few months back in the Oval Office. Only 13 percent of MAGA Republicans said they regret voting for Trump or are disappointed by his early performance.

Overall, Navigator's poll found that just 44 percent of voters surveyed approve of Trump's performance as president, while 54 percent disapprove. That is down from a 48 approval percent in February, and up from a 49 percent disapproval.

Navigator Research said the poll has a margin of error of +/- 3.1 percentage points. The margin of error for subgroups varies and is higher.

On Tuesday, Trump dismissed recent aproval rating polling, which he called "fake.

I think that is wrong...

I suspect its larger than that who are disappointed in him and how he is running at least some things.

But ask the question a bit differently...

How many think that they would rather have voted for Harris at this point?

That I suspect is greater than 0, but less than 25%.

They should blame the dems!

How stupid was it to put forward a creature who defies any human qualities.

Except STUPIDITY!

Bimbo Kamala handed the election to Trump.

He should give her a prize! clap

Pols don’t mean nothing as we have seen in last few elections so why it should mean something now?
We the voters are fickle crowd and of course if something is “ not now” we’ll say “no” and next week we clap

President Trump tells Americans to be accepting of losing buying power.

When Jimmy Carter made a similar speech with much more truth, the fake conservatives we have now les America in saying No.

What is ironic is all the people who voted for President Trump out of fear their economic standard of living would decrease, and their buying power would decrease.

Well, President Trump just told them their economic standard of living and their buying power will decrease.

That is the stuff campaign dreams are made of.
