Unfortunately those on both the far left and the far right are willing to put their fingers in their ears and chant "I can't hear you" rather than confront the deficiencies in their chosen side.

I don't understand why the D's are not putting forward someone reasonably sane and moderate that they can rally around. They could be making hay at the moment, lord knows they are being given enough material by the incumbents.

In the interview, Vance specifically said that he didn’t know what recording Stephanopolis was referring to.
All Stephanopolis had to do was to play the recording which he clearly wasn’t prepared to do.
Vance answered his question by stating that he was not familiar with the accusation.
Seems reasonable for the VP to not speculate on the subject.
