they better plan for a two years plan ... who knows whant can happen in 2 years for their supreme leader ...

We are not going to need a 5-year plan. The Republican majority in Congress is probably going to end in 2026.
Economic knock-on effects of tax and interest rate changes have a time lag of about two years.
If ordinary dissatisfaction doesn't do it, the 2027 Trump Recession will, in 2028.
