Interesting that they are sending trump's long-time fixer and lawyer Todd Blanche, now with the AG's office courtesy of trump, to conduct that interview. You'd think it would be a job for an FBI agent or somebody else whose lips are not firmly attached to trump's ass. It will also be interesting to see if the DOJ drops their opposition to her pending appeals or if she suddenly gets early release or parole depending, of course, on what she tells (or doesn't tell) Blanche.

Well, that's the point. They're going to dangle an early release or dropping the DOJ's opposition to her appeal in front of her to get her to say either nothing....or things favorable to trump.
That's why trump isn't sending the FBI. His fixer Todd Blanche will handle it. That's also why Johnson shut down the House and sent everybody home for a month. There are a lot of republicans supporting the idea of subpoenaing Maxwell to come testify in front of a House committee under oath. Can't be having that now, can we? Might find out some facts supporting the assertions that trump was boinking 14 year olds or god knows what else. Good lord.

LHeym500If she signs some exculpatory sworn statement in relation to President Trump and receives clemency, the MAGA faithful will set the whole movement on fire.
She does not have to sing. She just has to give cover to President Trump. However, the far, inner MAGA circle on Alt Media will not accept such a statement. I can hear them calling for the immunity decision to be revisited.

Which begs the question, why is Todd Blanche entering his second day of discussions with her if she doesn't know anything? And why has it taken 4 years for them to decide to talk to her?
