I have not heard about any shutting down of JD plants in the US. They have been cutting workers, starting over a year ago. The pandemic hurt them, as it did many. Price fluctuations of crops, means you dont buy new equipment in lean years. They are building more equipment in Mexico and Brazil, where it's cheaper of course. But, they still have something like 2 billion in investments in the US going on. But, as the ceo makes in the neighborhood of 20 million a year, you can guess profit margins take center stage in all decisions. Bean counters at work, and not the ag kind of beans!

https://www.foxbusiness.com/ec...ion-shift-mexico.amp Massive John Deere cuts as production shifts to Mexico. There are very new report that a factory is closing, but I cannot find anything to verify that I trust.

Been in the works for several years. The dealerships have talked about it for some time, years. Not sure why it's "new" news now.

Show me where a JD factory is closing Eggbert. They are moving the skid and track steer division to mexico. They are not closing the factory they are in. JD has 60+ facilities in 15 states in the US. Look at the previous years, JD hires and fires to meet production. Since the pandemic, they have been cutting jobs at many plants.

With the gouging of the customer base with the computer lockout of anyone but Deere service techs and not allowing farmers to work on products they own or buy parts, the customer base is not too happy. Plus, the sales staff attempting to 'upgrade' everyone every couple of years and the cost of product, it might be a good thing they move to Mexico and sell to South America. My cousin, who has been a 'if it isn't green, I don't want it on my farm', has recently divested himself of all Deere products and has been a loyal customer 40+ years. He is not the only one in his circle.

Moving production to Mexico means plant is closings. You done have it. From Fox Business Earlier this month, John Deere announced it is moving the manufacturing of skid steer loaders and compact track loaders from its Dubuque facility to Mexico by the end of 2026. I’ll send you photos of 14 filler eggs on the shelf just send me an email. Here is a local news report that factory is shutting down. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ztqd_ulj2P0 News is news when it happens.

Wasn't OI going to impose a 200% tariff on all tractors made in Meheco? Give me a home where the buffalo roam and I'll show you a house full of buffalo shit.

The division. That factory is huge and makes other equipment. One division in the factory is moving. Not sure why they are reporting it the way they are, but it's technically false. We keep saying, post a photo of the entire egg display so we can all see it, with the proper date. We all want to see the only eggs available, cost customers 14 bucks a dozen. You never said "some" you said eggs, that means the whole egg section. You can find someone to help you post.

Read JD to lay off 600 employees from 3 factories. By CNN reporters in 2024. The 3 factories employ 4000 workers and maintenance people, at the 3 factories. Il. mostly making harvesting eq. and Iowa forestry eq. Does that sound like factories shutting down, or maybe a division, as I said? I run mostly JD. You dont think the dealerships would know what is going on?

I am STUNNED that anyone would buy Boeing airplanes with Doors falling off in flight -shall we review the time frame for those things happening? here, CNN can help - https://www.cnn.com/2024/03/04...ing-audit/index.html except they aren't - they PLANNED ... YEARS AGO and built a new plant in mexico to shift lines of production of lower profit lines to mexico, expanding production in the US and are hiring at the US plants. I thought they had complex factories in Alberta, too - with the Union lifecycle of work/layoff/Work
I really am unconcerned about the flight fluctuations of a largely national/regional airline - roughly 1/3 the sized of "spirit airlines in terms of flights and passengers - an airline i wouldn't use on a BET - of the nicest thing i can say about spirit is that it's the greyhound of the air) - and it had to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and being taken private in feb 2025 Correlation isn't causation - jr mathematicians and scientists learn this early, it takes others longer Business move, contract, expand according to business demands - I assume that since you mention them, Westjet is a big deal in your area, - they have ZERO economic impact on the US -- I have said it repeatedly, the tariffs are stupid, but Canada can't win a trade-war with the US -- EVER - and a regional airline recognizing that people are having changes in travel plans is just godo business - the NYT recognizes that TOTAL international travel for the summer of '25 may be down as much as 1.5% .. that's not a typo - one point five percent https://www.nytimes.com/intera...-travel-decline.html honey, after covid, it's not even measurable the 51st state thing is dumb, it's a DUMB trump idea - we are clear, right? it's STUPID and will never happen Canada can't win a trade war with the US - - but the impact of "West air" cutting back on flights, not routes, is trivial opinions vary band of bubbas and STC hunting Club Information on Ammoguide about the416AR, 458AR, 470AR, 500AR What is an AR round? Probably a pretty big deal to 600 well paid JD employees losing their livelihoods, & good luck finding adequate jobs to replace those paychecks. 15% of that workforce & you're making excuses? So much winning.

What excuses dumb ass. I was explaining what is going on. The "winning" started under Biden's watch. And it was not even his fault. But, you cant read I guess.
