LHeym500NY Appellate Court will not halt Trump’s sentencing
https://apple.news/A2Ox4B0tlS7q6574lLDJmoQInteresting is from the article, Trump’s lawyer conceded the S. Ct.’s, immunity case does not extend immunity to a person who is not vested in the office. Vested being sworn.
"Do you have any support for the notion that presidential immunity extends to a president elect?" Gesmer asked.
Blanche replied, "There has never been a case like this before, so no."

LHeym500Why don’t you tell us how?
Unless the S. Ct., is going to extend federal scrutiny to jury selection which they walked back about 3 years ago.
Maybe, the state appellate courts or the Feds will grant reversible palpable error on the many non-objections made by Trump’s counsel.
Or are you insinuating more far right, violence in the name of Trump? I get it. The certification went down peacefully that sunset needs a good couch burning.
