Fired in Norway. It went up a very short distance, the fire went out at the base. It turned rather nose down and exploded when it hit the water.
A bummer for them, but interesting to watch. I would like to know why it exploded on first contact with the water?

It looks like they had some sort of stability or steering problem. You can see the trusters changing angle rapidly before it started going sideways.
