SaeedA Bankrupt South African Is Buying Judges???
Why is this allowed to happen??31 March 2025, 20:20
TumbleweedWhy not? He already bought the POTUS, I’m sure judges are a lot cheaper.
At this point, Musk IS the de facto POTUS; a Dick Cheney to an even dumber version of Dubya. Vance is just window dressing, a mascara model with a better paycheck.

LHeym500In a phrase Citizens United.
Individual contributions are still capped as far as donations.

LHeym500I also take note that I read noting in the article indicating that Musk has donated, funded a 501(c) or a PAC in this race.

shanksponyIm constantly amazed at how blatant the influence of money is in the US political system.
Its kind of slap in the face blatant.
That's not saying it's any less prevalent here. I dont know, But I suspect it is. Its just that at least on the surface its controlled and restricted and far less obvious.

there is one sure thing the countries of commonwealth are not corrupt nor the money is used to elect the people needed in power ... how can someone being so naive to think the country they lived in is so better ... you had your turns of lovely things happening to you and all the guns banned and confiscated ... did not ring a bell to you ...

They conveniently call them DONATIONS!
