I would guess most countries, on the US friends and allied list of 1/1 2025, is looking for new partnerships nowadays. China, of course, benefits from this and will gain a lot.

So, circling back to the article and topic. Ramaphosa no doubt cam to visit with Trump looking for some sort of handout and got seriously embarrassed instead.

Will the farm attacks, murders and land grabs cease or will they get worse?

I'm pretty sure the war started thousands of years prior to that. Like all tribal conflicts, the beginning is difficult to sort out, and the reason probably nonsensical. Usually, it would be religion (my God is better than your God), economics (your camel ate my shrubbery or my camel needs more feed), or sex (you humped my goat). Maybe a bit of each. Bill
