ANTELOPEDUNDEETHE CONSTERNATION!!
https://www.aol.com/trump-says...asked-141544010.htmlJMFC, he took an oath to uphold it. Does he even know what that means? I guess he agreed to uphold even tho it's apparent that he doesn't want to. He's just going through the motions.

TumbleweedI recall a couple of years ago when the ultra right wing radicals (hey, it works both ways) brayed that all they wanted was a POTUS who upheld and obeyed the Constitution.
Now they heap praise on a POTUS who virtually wipes his ass with the Constitution.
Those Kennedy brain worms must really have been spreading!
Just remember, every president gets accused of not following constitution by some members of opposition party … in politics, it’s given and so be it.
Courts will put things usually right…but of course even courts, just like politicians don’t get every decision right as even laws can be interpreted several different ways

Biden tried to buck the Constitution with his student loan forgiveness policies, but I don't think that he publicly stated that he didn't know if he should uphold it or not.

LHeym500Except he did not. The S. Ct., ruled he exceeded his authority. He did not void that order.
Tweaking attempts at policy to pass constitutional muster happen.
I remember the Gun Safe bill originally failed constitutional muster. Congress modified the law to address the deficiencies the S. Ct., identified. Here we are.
Rather you like the law is immaterial.
President Biden honored the checks and balances found in the Constitution, and followed the Supreme Court.

That's why I said tried. SCOTUS shot down some of it, but he also got some through.
