No, he's not. He's charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to cover up that he paid for a "capture and kill" plot to get Stormy Daniels to sign an NDA so his porking a porn star while his wife was home with a newborn wouldn't come out just after the "Access Hollywood" tape did.
