I ordered 100 180gr .308 NPs and 100 .30-06 Spg brass (second too). I have had Nosler Partition seconds before (bought from Midway or some store) and couldn’t tell the difference. I just didn’t realize Nosler had a Seconds section on the website. Thank you kindly for showing me! Will give you a report.

No state commands such fierce pride and loyalty. Lesser mortals are pitied for their misfortune in not being born in Texas.— Queen Elizabeth II on her visit to Texas in May, 1991.

I got 500 of the seconds partitions.

I looked at 50 of them individually.

My scale readings were 180.6 has the high and 179.1 at the low. average at 179.6

They all miked at .306.

Contrast to the 180 firsts that I have remaining on the shelf- 179.9 to 179.6 (only checked 5) which also miked .306.

It may be my technique with the micrometer or my micrometer (I have never bothered to check with calibration blocks)

The seconds do have some visual differences - shiny spots or discolored faint lines on the jackets.

No cannulure on them, they look just like the regular ones.

As far as how they shoot, well, I will see once it warms up out here. We are looking at about 5 days of below zero temps here.

So far, I am very happy with how they look.

ETA this might actually belong somewhere other than the PF section... dancing
