chambering reamer neck OD...
Bartlein made me a 6,5mm barrel, medium Palma contour 32" long. It will be my 6,5-284.

Issue: their chambering reamer cuts a .297" OD neck diameter.

Dummy 6,5-284 rounds utilizing LAPUA new brass and the 140gr Berger Hybrid measure .2905-.291" OD.
Waaaay too much slop.

JGS is cutting me a reamer the 6,5-284 RK that will cut the chamber with a .293" neck OD.

That is about right for a Rockchuck rifle that will shoot past 1000 yards without excessively working the brass. Yes, Wilson neck-sizer die with neck bushings, and a micrometer head Wilson seating die with my near 30 year old Arbor Press Mac McCluskey built me for my .22-284 (the 223 Valkyrie).
