I am inteested in swaging lead bullets for my 45-70.
Does anyone know of some used equipment for this purpose?

Do some checking on Ebay. I've found some great buys on once fired cases, bullets, bullet molds, reloading dies, etc.
I did see some stuff for swaging, mostly Corbin. There was a set of dies for making paper patched 45 slugs, as I remember these dies made the hollow base.
Check Corbin's web sight as he has specials on various die set ups. His brother at RCE has the same deal.
