Elon Musk knows money corrupts, and he has the money to spread around.

As a child growing up, we went to Boca Chica beach. I went fishing with my father and grandfather at the mouth of the Rio Grande. It was a great destination for fishing, hunting for shells, etc. when I was growing up.

It changed. The Rio dried up, the cartels took over. Then Boca Chica beach was a dangerous place.

Elon Musk will take it back.
