Given how the team got it's name, it's a joke that people take offense.

If I were Snyder I would just hold a press conference to announce that, at the end of the season the team would be moving to LA. When the team arrives there, they would conduct a poll to see what population there thinks is proper.

This melee over the team name caused me to go read the Constitution again.

Nowhere does it even suggest that you have the right not to be offended.
