what would you do????

yesterday i was sitting a table in a favoriat gunshop, just kicked back, watching the world go by... lady customer came in and wanted to buy a Taser for a friend so she could tase her kids, seems the 17 yr old twins were fighting and she could'nt separate them...What would you do???Call CPS and report her???Offer pepper spray instead???Attempt to educate her on how bad a Taser hurts???Educate her on the possibility of going to jail for Tasing a minor???Sit back and do nothing????
