Got it. Thanks. It's damned sure growing around here to my great dismay. All the transplants + the traffic has become a nightmare along with the drivers from wherever they came from. A more levelheaded than me friend of mine commented when I was bitching about the the new influx in traffic congestion; that Iif I was out in it being bothered then I was part of the problem. A god point I suppose except that I was here 1st, before all of this growth.
