Some of you may have kids going to or getting ready to go to college. A few years ago I learned something while moving my kid out of TCU after graduation - the stuff those spoiled brats throw away is amazing! A closet survivalist, I finally had to give in and take a couple of perfectly good things that were stacked by the dumpster. Granted you'll probably have to jockey for position with a few well-deserving janitorial staffers, but I highly suggest you check it out at your local well-to-do university. As I was picking through the barely used stuff, I couldn't help but think "damn, I wonder what they're throwing away over at SMU?"
