NormanConquestWell since man + wife generally do not count out the coffee money, but they do at A.A. I can only assume that some drunk inadvertanly (maybe) put a slug in the coffee can. What the hell,he needed to be there. If true, best wishes.

GatogordoPeepland token from Peepland, 216 W. 50th, NYC. Opened in 70s, the original has been closed for a while since the 80s. Apparently pretty common.
One walked in, bought tokens, inserted one and a small shutter opened up through which one could view live naked women siting around who would come over for a feel. Not sure if that cost extra or not (not from NYC), but hands only.
Now you know.

richjThis was at the club/pistol range. We found an old coffee can in a filing cabinet where we keep the club pins and patches and coffee fund money.

customboltThere are thousands of tokens out there with cool themes and lots are on the cheap, from a buck or two and up. For the older ones, United States Tokens 1700-1900 by Rulau is a great read.
