The good people of America thank the jury for doing the right thing. DA Bragg should be put in prison for multiple cases of malicious partisan prosecution.

Hopefully the good people of America can put this utterly dark and corrupt era of hyperpartisan politics behind us.

Penny Not Guilty

Bravo to the jury!

The NY DA Alvin Bragg is the worst in the history of that office and needs to be unseated.

But New Yorkers seem to be masochists in that regard.

We shall see.

Now Mr. Penny is facing a civil suit from the dead man's father.

Where was he when his obviously psychotic son was still alive?

Disgraceful.

He should not have been charged. The case should have been presented tona Grand Jury with Penny being able to testify. It very likely would have been a NO BILL ( no indictment ) DA Bragg is a total political animal and uses politics and race when deciding the presenting of cases. Bragg has done a serious disservice to the rule of law and order.
