Watching a sniper trying to kill someone from a second story building.

The target was walking across the street.

Distance probably 70 yards.

But, BUT, our expert sniper adjusts the elevation settings on his scope!

Don't get me started on Hollywood + their gun "usage"

Yes, ever count the number of shots made with a revolver during a gunfight :-)

You are correct having conducted many force on force classes. You do not want the people using the firearms or other items screwing around with them.

As the instructor or safety officer it is your job to ensure that they are safe.

You don't need someone interdicting something unknown in the mix.
