Threadgill's
Along with everything else going to shit in the world, this week, Threadgill's went under. This for those who don't know was an Austin icon. A restaurant, music venue (Janis Joplin's home performing bar). I am assuming that the Museum behind the restaurant ( of which I'm a member) will be closing too, as Eddie Wilson owns them all. It's hard all over, but I hate to see the demise of landmarks of our society along with the death factor. Although I have no idea how any form of compensation can be paid, I certainly hope China is taken to task, because in my opinion, they are responsible.

If you want to experience the ultimate irony, check your bottle of hand sanitizer.

Most brands are made in China, especially the store brands.

So are the lions share of our meds. That needs to stop right now. We can not be dependant on an enemy country (+ that's what they are) strickly for corporate profit.
