Bad Ass WallacePay it Forward
Yes many of us do things for other people and very rarely seek reward for the thought.
A friend recently had a bad car accident that wrote off his Land Rover Defender, so I've been running a few errands and helping his missus with heavy stuff etc.
Today I got a call to drop in for a chat and he pulled out a 1941 Australian Lithgow 303 range rifle with all matching numbers that belonged to his father who was a active shooter in the 50's and 60's. My friend can't see open sights and the rifle has not been fired in almost 60 years. Bore would be 9+ out of ten. complete with 'Lane' range sight and range box full of pull throughs, stripper clips, a spare 'Lane' sight, and a number of interchangeable sight elements.
I am truly humbled, that "pay it forward" has it's own rewards!

NormanConquestYes indeed! We sometimes help out others with no concern for any recompense + if one plans on it it most likely would never pan out. But remember the old Biblical adage about casting your bread upon the waters.
