As for the really nasty things, that is a French dish - andualette. This bratwurst from the raw gut. After them it is better not to schedule a business or romantic meeting.

I have have smelled Durian after it begins its self digestion/fermentation thingy, and I believe I would rather eat dead road cat.

My least favorite hands down is Haggis. And its not so much from the taste, it's just knowing what all went into it that causes a little burp of indigestion. And then there are a few things the Bushmen serve that require a tremendous amount of concentration and effort to swallow. No wonder those guys are so small and have a stuttering problem.

I grew up on the border and menudo was a staple. I love it. I had the African equivalent this past year, tumbo soup. I didn't care for it only because I didn't think the tumbo was washed sufficiently (I saw them do it in the river) and the chunks were too big. A couple of minor changes in the recipe and it would have been great.

Don't care for kimchi.

Despise Nuc Mham (if I spelled that right. Viet fermented fish guts sauce....)

Throw-in Mondongo. (soup made from cow or pig stomach.)

I never heard it called Sopa de Mondongo in Venezuela, just Mondongo. They do incorporate the pig feet.
