Just finish having my basement inspected today. I got the framing, plumbing and venting done. The only thing left to do before drywall is the floor and electrical. Only had one issue, with the copper, but it was a 10min fix.

Just to be clear, I have absolutely no background in construction. I attempted this by utilizing the wealth of knowledge from the WWW. I will say that things took 3x longer then it would with licensed contractor. But hey, they would have charged me 5k or better.
