If I were selling, not much financial risk involved. Buying, the only neat thing I have seen is Biebs 1895. That would only be desirable in 405W, preferably a take down.

It is already a marvelous 2016 coming up.

I had a line on a new TR takedown, but he decided to keep it...

I'd look for a 1980's Browning in 30-40 Krag and put a new barrel on it.

At least it won't have that stupid safety on it.

I had one of the 405's, I bought it 15 years ago and then bought a Encore barrel and a Ruger #1.

Ruger is the best shooter, and the most useful.

A 1895 with a pistol grip and modern peep sight would be second.
