Beretta682EA remarkable feat
Warren buffet at age 87 made an investment that at age 89 generated the most profit any investor has ever made investing in a public security.
Made $40 bil plus p&l on apple stock on a $30 bil investment.
Impressive how amazing ones mind can be independent of age.

jdollarEveryone who invested in Apple 2 years ago has more than doubled their money. I am just glad I invested there 20 years ago and let it ride. One big reason Buffet had a change of heart 2 years ago was because every time he took his grandkids and great grandkids anywhere, they would NOT put down their iPads and iPhones.

What’s your point? People shouldn’t aspire to better their situation? Poverty is good?? Old people should shut up and knit sweaters?? Jealousy is a terrible thing to see.

NormanConquestWhen my son was in the last sandbox debacle he wrote to me how many 100s of thousands of energizer batteries they were going through + I thought at the time to buy stock (insider trading be damned) but I never followed up on it.

Oh Man!
A 90 year old farmer would be lauded for harvesting a bumper crop. A 90 year old rancher, hunter, fisherman, merchant or gardener would be lionized for a successful or blue ribbon winning season.
Good for Mr Buffet. If he's happy I'm happy for him.
