What I don't understand though, political stuff aside, is why are you letting this once great site die a slow death? Doesn't have to be this way, Saeed. Why? Everyone else sees that this place is dying, do you see it?

Could it just simply be that the decline on here is just a natural evolution that takes place on internet sites.

Honestly, after being on one internet site for 5 or 10 years or more, how many times can the same subjects and experiences be hashed out and draw very much interest???????

For a site that has been around for 20 years, maybe it is simply just a sign that things have changed concerning people's attitudes toward guns and hunting, and those of us that have been long time members are just getting older and our interests and priorities have changed.

There are people that I have met that are/were members of various sites, some I am still in touch with, others after meeting them in person, neither of us really had that much in common and we drifted apart and never communicate any more, it just happens.

No offence intended, or unintended for that matter, but you can only explain the concepts you listed, based solely on how you believe!

What has happened on AR is that partisanship has reached a level where few if any actually want to have civil discussions.

It has simply became easier to just go on the attack for some. Personally, I think most of what has happened is strictly out of pure frustration over the state of America's political system.

Also, people simply get tired of the same old discussions.

Not everyone that is a member of AR participates in the Crater, but it is hard not to say that attitudes displayed in the Crater aren't leaking into other topic areas.

I don't pay attention to "Grinny Faces"!

I would love to see respectful discussions take place on here, but it isn't happening, because Americans, and I guess that includes you INTJ have lost sight of the concept that all humans, all Americans have the Right to their opinions and beliefs.

Too many of us have lost the concept of respecting other Americans Right, to form and have their own opinions beliefs.

Personally, I want President Trump to succeed, but, I also understand why some folks have their doubts on that.
