Politics is one thing, but posting stupidity in response to someone's legitimate question reflects poorly on the responder.

As Antelope Sniper posted, it is indeed a 100 baht Thai note, currently worth about US $3. Great country, great people, very difficult language to learn (but fairly easy to learn key phrases) with tones, and about 44 consonants and 32 vowels (counts vary depending on how they rank some not in current use).
