I am a friend and client to the taxidermist you are talking about. Did you let the taxidermist know what happened in transit, they are not held reliable for that. You could of claimed from the insurance, if you asked for it when paying for your freight charges. I know the kind of wood they use and it's not cheap, it's kiaat wood. I know the policy every taxidermist has first deposit before starting the work. I saw your file when I was there and they did the most corresponding and you didn't even answer them. You paid late. It's strange how people only tell the bad side of the taxidermist and not the bad of themselves. No one is perfect but please.......
