I recently received my Black Bear rug and am going to put it in storage for a few years. Came out great, and I hate doing it!! But I need to!

What is the best way to store it? Is attic a bad idea?? It does get pretty hot/humid in summer and cold in winter.

Attic is bad idea, mice, temps, bugs, etc..
If you have to, at least try and get it into a rodent/bug proof container.

My take would be to get a large plastic storage tote and put it in there and store it in a climate controlled area.

Another option may be to have a trusted friend look after it for you.

If it is not stored flat, you may have to put some heavy objects on for a while to get it to lay flat once you finally display it.
