thecanadianFisher
Sunday I went deer hunting and along the drive up I hit a fisher. I contacted the sheriffs office and they sent out a DNR warden to issue me a permit. I have decided to mount the animal but I am undecided on what pose. I would like to get some feedback on this. I am leaning toward a pose with an open mouth.

MolepololeThey hunt, kill and eat snowshoe hares. It would look cool to have one mounted on a log, with a dead snowshoe hare in front of him draped over the log, with no gore. (If you can get a snowshoe hare!)

Around here they prey on squirrel, pets, rodents, and in some instances porcupine. It’s kind of a shame though; I had shot a porcupine about a month ago and would have been an obvious choice for a mount with the fisher.
