Statuary vs Taxidermy

I had to explain the difference to my 3 year old yesterday. It went something like this: Did someone shoot a Santa and stuff him? No, that is a statue outside of that real estate office.

Funny thing was she wasn't at all upset. She has a decent grasp of basic conservation (Don't shoot too many and there will always be lots around)and has noticed that there are a lot of Santas around.
