Skyjacker, what do you mean "fancy"? Antler plaques usually are straight forward. If you're talking about solid walnut or solid oak, then McKenzie would be a good place to start.

I always wondered why people are satisfied with a run of the mill plaque. It seems people like fancy pedestals, fancy everything actually but when it comes to an antler mount "plain is good enough" I'd love to see some examples where people have incorporated some artistic ideas.
