I'm headed to South Africa in 5 days. I will be hunting one cape buffalo, a sable and a nyala maybe. I would like to bring back just the horns, no capes. What is the cheapest way to get these back to the States? Do they have to go thru an importer? I live in Michigan so who would be the closest? Thank you, Jeff

Call D & L CHB in Chicago. They will help you out. They are importers. Used them many times.

D&L as already stated, Coppersmith, Trophy Shippers. I have used the latter two, and both did a great job. All three are in Chicago, they will clear your package with USFWS and then arrange shipping to the taxidermist of your choice. Since you have no swine or primate parts the trophies do not require a USDA approved taxidermist to accept shipment.
