Any special requirements for selling a full-body Leopard mount?

Since you need a CITES Permit to import a leopard, are there any regs etc that need to be followed if you want to sell a leopard mount?

Yep, you can only transfer ownership ( sell ) within the borders of your state.
If you are in the U.S.
Any sale that results in moving that cat across state lines is a felony.
